Estoy disgustado porque veo algo que no está ahí.
Los ejercicios que se han de llevar a cabo con esta idea son muy similares a los anteriores. Es necesario, una vez más, que para cualquier aplicación de la idea de hoy nombres muy concretamente la forma de disgusto de que se trate (ira, miedo, preocupación, depresión, etc.), así como lo que percibes como su causa. Por ejemplo:
Estoy enfadado con ___ porque veo algo que no está ahí.
Estoy preocupado acerca de ___ porque veo algo que no está ahí.
Conviene aplicar la idea de hoy a cualquier cosa que parezca disgustarte, y puede usarse provechosamente durante el transcurso del día con ese propósito. No obstante, las tres o cuatro sesiones de práctica que hoy se requieren deben ir precedidas, como en días pasados, por un minuto más o menos de búsqueda mental, seguido de una aplicación de la idea a cada pensamiento de disgusto descubierto en dicha búsqueda.
Una vez más, si te resistes a aplicar la idea a algunos de los pensamientos que te causan disgusto más que a otros, recuerda las dos advertencias mencionadas en la lección anterior:
No hay disgustos pequeños.
Todos perturban mi paz mental por igual.
Y:
No puedo conservar esta forma de disgusto y al mismo tiempo desprenderme de las demás.
Para los efectos de estos ejercicios, pues, las consideraré a todas como si fuesen iguales.

Esforzaos para tomar conciencia de los lazos que os unen, no sólo a los miembros de vuestra familia, sino también a toda la sociedad. ¿Y cuál es la naturaleza de estos lazos? Cada vez que progresáis, las riquezas y las luces que recibís influencian a todas las personas con las que os relacionáis de cerca o de lejos. Debido a nuestro avance, ellas avanzan también. Quizá no se den cuenta, pero ésa es la realidad: progresan por vosotros. Y lo mismo sucede si empezáis a dejaros ir, a ensombreceros: vuestra familia y la sociedad, que están conectadas con vosotros, sufren malas influencias por vuestra causa. De esta manera arrastráis a los seres hacia la luz o hacia las tinieblas. Como podéis ver, vuestra responsabilidad llega lejos. ¿Queréis ser útiles, ayudar a toda la humanidad, incluso a los animales, a las plantas y a las piedras? Esforzaos cada día para que vuestra vida sea más pura, más rica, más luminosa, porque sutilmente, imperceptiblemente, arrastráis toda la creación hacía las alturas y viendo que atraéis bendiciones sobre todos los seres, las entidades del mundo invisible se os acercan para recompensaros.

Through our daily process of focusing upon your breathing, you will progressively breathe your resistance away, causing a gradual shift in your Vibrational point of attraction. Positive in the negative
When you’re going through a negative experience, it takes real work to see the positive in it. Yet when you can do that work, there’s no limit to the difference you can make.
Great achievements very often grow out of great difficulties. Those who see the opportunity, and act on it, truly move the world forward.
When you’re buried in trouble, disappointment, frustration and confusion, it seems like you can’t possibly see anything good in it. Yet that good is there, those positive possibilities are there, and when you have the strength and the foresight to look, you’ll begin to see them.
One big key is to not take the difficult times personally, even though they may feel extremely personal. Step back, give yourself some objectivity, and you’ll start to see the situation differently.
Instead of worrying, complaining or feeling sorry for yourself, adopt a counterintuitive strategy of being thankful. Be thankful for the goodness that will come out of your troubles, and you’ll be able to bring that goodness to life.
When you’re knocked down by life’s troubles, the best thing you can do is to look for the best thing you can do, and do it. See the positive in the negative, and as soon as you do, you’ll start to leave the trouble behind.

Sin límite
No existen límites en cuanto a la cantidad de amor que tu corazón puede llegar a contener. Así que pon un poquito más de amor en tu vida, ahora mismo.
No existen límites respecto a cuánta belleza puedes llegar a admirar. Así que acostúmbrate a ver, a cada instante, alguna nueva belleza que nunca antes habías notado.
No existen límites en cuanto a la cantidad de alegría que puedes experimentar. Así que anímate y siente la felicidad que yace en tu interior, mientras le permites fluir generosamente hacia el mundo entero.
No existen límites en cuanto a amabilidad, esperanza ni fe. No hay límites para la bondad y el valor que puedas llegar a imaginar.
Aunque algunas veces las cosas en este mundo puedan llegar a escasear, las mejores cosas de la vida son ilimitadas. No existen límites respecto de aquello que realmente importa.
Atesora aquellas cosas buenas que no tienen límite. Porque no existen límites en cuanto a la riqueza que pueden aportar.
