Los ejercicios que se deben llevar a cabo con esta idea son iguales a los de la primera lecci\u00f3n. Comienza con las cosas que est\u00e9n cerca de ti, y aplica la idea a cualquier cosa en la que tu mirada se pose. Extiende luego tu campo visual. Gira la cabeza de modo que puedas incluir lo que se encuentre a ambos lados de ti. Si es posible, da la vuelta y aplica la idea a lo que se encuentre detr\u00e1s de ti. S\u00e9 tan imparcial como puedas al seleccionar los objetos a los que vas a aplicar la idea; no te concentres en nada en particular, ni trates de incluir todo lo que veas en una zona determinada, ya que eso causar\u00eda tensi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n
