Pensamiento del viernes 26 de diciembre de 2014<\/p>\n

\u00bfPor qu\u00e9, despu\u00e9s de un momento de gran intensidad espiritual, experiment\u00e1is un sentimiento de plenitud? Exteriormente, sin embargo, no os ha sucedido nada; nada ha cambiado, pero os sent\u00eds colmados, como si hubieseis sido alimentados, saciados… Los ignorantes dir\u00e1n, claro, se trata de una ilusi\u00f3n. Pero entonces, cuando sufren, cuando se sienten desdichados sin causa aparente, \u00bfson tambi\u00e9n ilusiones esos momentos de angustia, de depresi\u00f3n? No, para ellos son una realidad, el sufrimiento es una realidad, pero el gozo espiritual es una ilusi\u00f3n. \u00a1Qu\u00e9 razonamiento! Procurad, de ahora en adelante, elevaros hasta las regiones del alma y del esp\u00edritu, comed, bebed y sabr\u00e9is lo que es la plenitud. Entonces, ya no ser\u00e1 como en el plano f\u00edsico en donde cada d\u00eda nos vemos obligados a comer para no encontrarnos hambrientos y sin fuerzas. El alimento que tom\u00e1is en las regiones sublimes os sacia durante d\u00edas y d\u00edas. El mundo divino est\u00e1 hecho de elementos de una riqueza tal que, si lleg\u00e1is a probarlos, s\u00f3lo una vez, la sensaci\u00f3n de plenitud que os dar\u00e1n ya no os abandonar\u00e1 nunca m\u00e1s. Nada podr\u00e1 quitaros esta sensaci\u00f3n de eternidad. Evidentemente, antes de llegar hasta ah\u00ed, deber\u00e9is ejercitaros durante mucho tiempo y buscar cada d\u00eda vuestro alimento, como para el est\u00f3mago f\u00edsico. Pero si trat\u00e1is de participar en los banquetes del alma y del esp\u00edritu, un d\u00eda, nada podr\u00e1 quitaros ya esta sensaci\u00f3n de plenitud.<\/p>\n

La oportunidad del ahora mismo<\/p>\n

Oportunidad, combinada con esfuerzo, genera logro. Es ahora cuando tienes la oportunidad y es ahora cuando puedes hacer el esfuerzo.<\/p>\n

Cada instante abre nuevas posibilidades para generar valor, que puede permanecer en tu vida mucho tiempo despu\u00e9s de que el momento haya pasado. Ahora, este d\u00eda, este lugar, es uno de esos potentes momentos.<\/p>\n

Puedes dejar que este d\u00eda simplemente transcurra, dejando que se lleve con \u00e9l todas sus valiosas oportunidades. O puedes poner manos a la obra y hacer algo con ellas.<\/p>\n

Seguro, puedes encontrar excusas perfectamente razonables para no hacer nada. Si, puedes permitir que tus decepciones y frustraciones te detengan.<\/p>\n

O puedes decidir actuar sobre las oportunidades \u00fanicas, valiosas que ahora mismo est\u00e1n frente a ti. Antes de que el valor de este d\u00eda haya pasado, t\u00fa puedes aferrarte a \u00e9l y hacerlo parte permanente de tu vida.<\/p>\n

Las oportunidades del momento presente son fuertes y valiosas, pero s\u00f3lo si decides actuar en ellas mientras est\u00e1n aqu\u00ed. Busca en tu interior, conecta s\u00f3lidamente con tus sue\u00f1os, deja que esos sue\u00f1os te motiven a ponerte en marcha, y haz los esfuerzos que les dar\u00e1n vida.<\/p>\n

Connected<\/p>\n

You don\u2019t have to know everything that happens the moment it happens. Just because you can be connected, informed and up to the minute, doesn\u2019t mean you always have to be.<\/p>\n

You don\u2019t have to be constantly entertained by flashing images, pulsating sounds, words, opinions and comments. Take some time to process it all, to find real meaning in it all, and to remember who you truly are.<\/p>\n

Don\u2019t spend all your time and energy just documenting your life and comparing it to others. Enjoy the opportunity to actually live your life, apart from the updates, the fleeting images and superficial comments.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s great to be able to connect with so many others in so many ways. Make sure those connections are meaningful and substantive, and not just a waste of time and bandwidth.<\/p>\n

Resist the temptation to connect just because you can. When you connect, connect because you care.<\/p>\n

Let go of the need for a constant stream of stimulation. Give real life, love, feeling and wisdom the chance to grow.<\/p>\n
