Todos los h\u00e1bitos perjudiciales para nuestra salud f\u00edsica y ps\u00edquica, pueden ser comparados con intrusos que han forzado la puerta de una morada para instalarse en ella. Son innumerables los ocupantes con los que cada uno debe enfrentarse, es decir, todos los impulsos instintivos que le asaltan: los celos, la ira, el rencor, la codicia, la gula, la sensualidad, el orgullo, la vanidad, etc. De todos los posibles ocupantes, el m\u00e1s peligroso es, ciertamente, la pereza. \u00bfPor qu\u00e9? Porque se agarra a la voluntad. Comprendemos lo que hay que hacer, sentimos que deber\u00edamos hacerlo, pero la voluntad no coopera; y como la voluntad es el punto de partida de toda decisi\u00f3n, las fuerzas vivas se ven afectadas. Pero el d\u00eda en que el intelecto haya comprendido verdaderamente lo que es bello y bueno, y que el coraz\u00f3n lo desee con fuerza, juntos acabar\u00e1n logrando la adhesi\u00f3n de la voluntad. La pereza ser\u00e1 entonces vencida, \u00a1y ah\u00ed estar\u00e1 la liberaci\u00f3n!<\/p>\n
