Peacefully engaged<\/p>\n

Peace is not arrived at by merely doing nothing. On the contrary, peace is attained by doing substantive and significant things, and doing them without conflict.<\/p>\n

That means living with purpose, with love, compassion, forgiveness and genuine tolerance. It means putting your very best into the effort while at the same time detaching your sense of self worth from the result.<\/p>\n

Your life, your work and your whole world are all filled with conflicting interests. Yet that doesn\u2019t mean you must handle them by fighting.<\/p>\n

In fact, diverse and conflicting interests can absolutely be resolved in much more positive ways, and it happens every day. That is one of life\u2019s great challenges, and working through the challenge produces great value.<\/p>\n

Seek not merely to do significant things. Seek to achieve what you achieve with a peaceful heart, for that is true and sustainable achievement.<\/p>\n

Be fully engaged in life while also being completely at peace with who you are. It is indeed a powerful and fulfilling combination.<\/p>\n

Avanza a paso firme<\/p>\n

Una lluvia firme y constante es lo mejor. Porque llena los r\u00edos y manantiales sin inundar el terreno.<\/p>\n

Del mismo modo un esfuerzo firme, constante y enfocado resulta ser de los mejores esfuerzos posibles. Porque genera valor real y consistente, de manera confiable y sustentable.<\/p>\n

Cuando te encaminas en una determinada direcci\u00f3n, no intentas dar grandes zancadas a cada paso. Porque podr\u00edas cansarte muy r\u00e1pidamente y terminar abandonando.<\/p>\n

Hacer lo mejor que puedas no significa que tengas que hacer lo m\u00e1s que puedas en cada instante. Por supuesto s\u00e9 ambicioso, pero reg\u00falate para que esa ambici\u00f3n, con certeza, se transforme en placer.<\/p>\n

La manera de tener la seguridad de que podr\u00e1s llegar all\u00ed no es dando los pasos m\u00e1s grandes posibles. La manera de llegar all\u00ed es dando la cantidad suficiente de pasos, y que estos sean de un tama\u00f1o y a un ritmo que puedas sostener.<\/p>\n

Lo importante es seguir avanzando. Sigue avanzando, con paso firme y seguro, y llegar\u00e1s el destino que hayas elegido, cualquiera sea.<\/p>\n

Pensamiento del martes 22 de abril de 2014<\/p>\n

Aunque a veces hay motivos para criticar a los dirigentes de un pa\u00eds y para burlarse de ellos, no es \u00e9ste un m\u00e9todo bueno para hacer que se vuelvan mejores y m\u00e1s competentes. Al contrario, acos\u00e1ndoles con pensamientos y sentimientos negativos, no s\u00f3lo no arreglamos nada, sino que creamos en el invisible las condiciones para que puedan cometer m\u00e1s errores todav\u00eda y tomen decisiones cada vez menos acertadas para el pa\u00eds. Si quer\u00e9is ayudar verdaderamente a vuestro pa\u00eds, en lugar de fulminar continuamente con reproches al que est\u00e1 a la cabeza o de ridiculizarle, enviadle luz. No pod\u00e9is ayudar a todo vuestro pa\u00eds, porque es inmenso, pero basta con que ayud\u00e9is solamente a un hombre y esto es m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil; y este hombre har\u00e1 el bien a todos, porque muchas cosas dependen de \u00e9l. Un hombre solamente es el que ha estado bien inspirado y todos los dem\u00e1s se benefician de ello. Los ciudadanos de un pa\u00eds deben tomar conciencia, por fin, de los lazos que existen entre ellos y sus dirigentes. No basta con exigir esto, reclamar aquello, y rebelarnos si no lo obtenemos, debemos aprender a conocer los m\u00e9todos m\u00e1s eficaces para obtener aquello que deseamos sin complicar las situaciones.<\/p>\n
