Pensamiento del domingo 21 de julio de 2013

\nLa conciencia de un Iniciado no cesa de desplegarse en amplitud, en profundidad, en altura; y, en el espacio inmenso que consigue explorar y conquistar, abraza y penetra a todos los seres vivos. Nada la detiene, va extendi\u00e9ndose cada vez m\u00e1s lejos, hasta el sol. Y de este modo la luz del sol se convierte para el Iniciado en su verdadero alimento: la absorbe y la asimila con el fin de proyectarla despu\u00e9s alrededor de \u00e9l. Si puede iluminar, calentar y vivificar a tantas criaturas en el mundo, es porque su conciencia vive tambi\u00e9n en ellas, y a distancia las alimenta con su luz. Al igual que la madre lleva el ni\u00f1o en su seno, un Maestro acepta acoger en su conciencia \u00abni\u00f1os\u00bb que se alimentan de \u00e9l. Hasta el d\u00eda en que ser\u00e1n capaces no solamente de alimentarse por ellos mismos, sino de empezar a alimentar a los dem\u00e1s.<\/p>\n

When I put the Seventh Step into action I must remember that there are no blanks to fill in. It doesn’t say, “Humbly asked Him to (fill in the blank) remove our shortcomings.” For years, I filled in the imaginary blank with “Help me!” “Give me the courage to,” and “Give me the strength,” etc. The Step says simply that God will remove my shortcomings. The only footwork I must do is “humbly ask,” which for me means asking with the knowledge that of myself I am nothing, the Father within “doeth the works.”<\/p>\n
